Lauren writes the plan. You do the lifting.

Nobody hands you a printout built for somebody else. Every plan starts from what your body does this week, and a coach stays with you while you work.

A client holding a kettlebell at her hip between sets.

One coach, 55 minutes

A private session runs the full 55 minutes with one client and one coach, for $75. You leave knowing what to work on before you come back.

Six people at most

Small-group classes are capped at six, so a coach can see your form and correct it while you are still in the movement.

Mat and reformer Pilates

Lauren is a Balanced Body trained Pilates instructor, so Pilates sits alongside your strength work instead of replacing it.

Prenatal and postnatal

Training through pregnancy and the months after birth, adjusted week by week to what your body is ready for.

Before your first visit

Three things worth knowing about the studio before you book.

A pregnant client pressing light dumbbells while a coach kneels beside her.

Training while pregnant

Sessions are adapted week by week, so you keep training through pregnancy and the months after birth without guessing what is safe.

Five clients holding kettlebells at their chests in a group class.

Classes stay at six

Small groups mean the cues reach you, and a coach can see what you are doing and say something about it.

The room you train in
